Where there is a vision there is a way.

Hi, I’m Susanne, a holistic guide and multidisciplinary creative. My work bridges the esoteric and the academic, the artistic and the practical.

With a background in design, management, and yoga, I help you ground into your body, connect with your essence, and express it with clarity and style. Whether through 1:1 guidance, teaching, or creative work, my purpose is to help you create your vision and bring it into the world with authenticity and grace.

Offerings

  • Yoga & Somatic Practices

I am a 500 hrs+ certified yoga teacher, currently continuing my evolving practice and training as a Katonah Yoga® teacher.

By cultivating the body as a safe space, you build the strength and clarity needed to thrive in the complex world we live in.

I have taught yoga and mindfulness at business school, in private settings and online. Somatic practices are the basis for my creative, consulting, and teaching work.

  • Photography & Creative Consulting

With over a decade of experience in branding, design, and creative direction, I support individuals and businesses in expressing their vision with clarity and style.

On my creative path, film photography has become an important medium—a way to capture beauty with sensitivity, to reveal grace in others, and to express the beauty I see in the world.

  • 1:1 Guidance

Through my own journey of transformation, I’ve gathered a wide range of tools and resources that I share in a supportive 1:1 online setting.

Blending practical coaching with embodied and esoteric techniques, I help you clarify your purpose, reconnect with your creative gifts, and create an expansive vision for yourself and bring it to life.

FILM PHOTOGRAPHY
BEAUTY WITH SENsitivity
natural aesthetics
AUTHENTIC expression

I work with analog photography to capture beauty with sensitivity and depth. I first explored film while studying architecture and design, drawn to the tactile process and the warm, imperfect aesthetic of the medium. In today’s fast-paced digital world, I see film as an antidote, a sensual medium whose slowness and texture communicate depth and authenticity.

Lately, I have turned my lens on people and spaces in the yoga and retreat realm, blending embodiment, atmosphere, and artistry into images that feel unique and intimate.

To live as an artist is a way of being in the world

Those who do not engage in the traditional arts might be wary of calling themselves artists. They might perceive creativity as something extraordinary or beyond their capabilities. A calling for the special few who are born with these gifts.

Fortunately, this is not the case. Creativity is not a rare ability. Creativity is a fundamental aspect of being human. Creativity doesn’t exclusively relate to making art. To create is to bring something into existence. It could be a conversation, the solution to a problem, a note to a friend. What you make doesn’t have to be witnessed, recorded, or sold for it to be a work of art.

Regardless of whether or not we’re formally making art, we are all living as artists. To live as an artist is a way of being in the world. A way of perceiving. A practice of paying attention. Refining our sensitivity to tune into more subtle notes. Attuned choice by attuned choice, your entire life is a form of self-expression. You exist as a creative being in a creative universe.
